Using state-of-the-art software from Bully Dog, our ECM upgrades and programming is available for all engine types, including Cat, Cummins, Detroit/Mercedes, Paccar, Volvo, Maxforce, Kubota and Scania. We offer two tunes: an “economy tune” and an “economy with power tune.”
The economy tune’s primary purpose is to improve fuel economy without changing a lot of other parameters on the vehicle, while the economy with power tune improves fuel economy while adding extra horsepower for pulling large grades. This adds a 15% improvement in both horsepower and torque to the rear wheels.

REUSABLE AIR FILTERS
K&N heavy duty air filters can be easily cleaned and reused to reduce the cost of replacing air filters.
These "depth-loading" air filters feature washable "lofted" hybrid air filtration medium. They do not require any oil and are robust enough to be cleaned with pressure washers and standard truck washing equipment. Most other heavy duty air filters are built into the canister as a complete non-serviceable unit; the filter and canister must be replaced at the end of a single service interval. A K&N reusable filter will reduce the cost of buying disposable filters and canisters. So instead of short cycling expensive disposable air filters, keep restriction down and horsepower up with K&N reusable air filters.
90 Degree Flange Canisters
The 90 degree flange Canisters, also known as Housing Filters, consists of a housing that comes apart and has a removable air filter cartage. One major benefit of the K&N canister filter is that it can come apart so the filter can be serviced; whereas the OEM air filter housing normally does not come apart, meaning the entire assembly must be replaced.

Radial Seal Air FilterS
The radial seal filters have a rubber flange that fits over the inlet tube. These filters press fit over the tube, holding it in place. The filter will seal to the tube against the inner lip of the filter’s flange and not the base.
Axial Seal Air Filters
These heavy duty axial seal air filters use pressure to squeeze or compress the sealing surface of the filter onto the sealing edge of the air box or base plate of a canister.
CERAMIC COATED MANIFOLDS
With a hand polished, smooth finish, Bully Dog ceramic manifolds not only look impressive, they will also give you quicker turbo spool and higher output and economy for your engine.
You can expect at least 28 more HP and an increase of .3 to .4 mpg. These manifolds are designed to increase flow by 18% over stock manifolds. The ceramic coating will ensure smooth, fast flowing air and excellent thermal properties, operating 300 degrees lower than competing manifolds.

FUEL/AIR SEPARATION
THE DIESEL FUEL IN YOUR TANK IS NOT AS PURE AS YOU MAY THINK. IT’S CONTAMINATED WITH WATER, AIR AND DEBRIS.
By running the fuel through a fuel separation system, you remove all types of contamination, leaving only pure, clean diesel fuel entering your engine’s injectors.This purification process will increase your injector life and dependability while reducing carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. You will notice improved horsepower and torque, lower maintenance cost, and increased fuel mileage, typically 0.4 mpg.
The AirDog® Fuel Preporator® removes various contaminates, including entrained air/vapor, particulates and moisture, and removes excess fuel not needed by engines, allowing the fuel to flow through the regulator and return to the fuel tank. The separated air/vapor enters the return port after the regulator, allowing pure fuel to flow to the engine at a regulated positive pressure. A gerotor pump offers quiet, long lasting performance.
